Own the client aspects of service management for one or more outsourcing contracts. Lead the day-to-day management of contract operations and performance. Invest on a daily basis in the overall growth of the outsourcing contract and its financial performance.

Job Requirements :

Key Responsibilities :

  • A: Technical Consultant who has run Incident bridges in the capcity of a troubleshooter
  • B: Lead the day-to-day management of contract operations and performance
  • C: Even can look at technical Problem Managers

Technical Experience :

  • A: ITIL Certified
  • B: Knowledge on Datacenter, Storage, Linux/Solaris, FTP concepts, Networking concepts etc
  • C: Monitoring Tools knowledge for Splunk / Optier / Solarwinds / HP Omni / CA Spectrum etc preferred D: Cloud Architecture / Support experience is added advantage

Professional Attributes :

  • A: Highly effective oral, written communication and presentation skills required
